User Accounts

Software Usage
Software supplied by Fatiha Tech must be used within the limits of your plan or agreement, which may define the number of users, branches, warehouses, outlets, companies, transactions or storage allocated to you. Usage beyond those limits may require an upgrade or additional charges.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute our software or its source code unless expressly permitted in writing.

Software Licence / Subscription
Unless your agreement states otherwise, software is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence or subscription for your internal business use only. Licences and subscriptions may be:
- Subscription-based — valid for the billing period and renewable on payment.
- Licence-based — valid for the scope, version and duration stated in the agreement.
Ownership of the underlying software, source code and related materials remains with Fatiha Tech or its licensors, except where a written agreement expressly transfers specified rights for custom-developed work.

Orders and Service Requests
Orders and service requests may be placed through our website, email, phone or in person. An order is confirmed only after we accept it in writing and, where applicable, the agreed advance payment is received. We may decline or postpone a request where the requirement is unclear, technically unfeasible, outside our service scope or inconsistent with these Terms.
